ReplyDeleteGood for you Debbie. You will remember it more when you have to dig for it. Amen? You didn't answer the response question though. I would love to know what stuck with you in this Bible Study so far.

ReplyDeleteYou're relentless! Brava! I took the test too late. The answers were already posted :(. BUT... I will answer the response question: What I've gained from the study of Nehemiah is that though circumstances look bleak, GOD has the final say, restoring us and fulfilling HIS purpose in us. I believe that HE desires humility, obedience, surrender to HIS will, and most challenging, trust that at the end, everything's going to be ok. GOD gets all the glory. Amen
Thanks for the quiz... Fun stuff!
I took the quiz after the answers were up - I did have to look up 2 answers. Thank you to all the teachers who are helping us understand the Word and apply it to our own lives.
ReplyDeleteThere are a few things that are really hitting me as I study. One is Nehemiah's walk with the Lord. He was dependent on God - we see this in his prayers, his actions, and his praise. Nehemiah kept going despite all the opposition he faced. He was a strong leader and must have over come much to be able to do this.
